Tasty Veggies :)

We made a snack run yesterday, and the tasty produce has made a return to the grocery store! I happily stocked up on Yellow Squash, Carrots, Zucchini, Corn, Fuji Apples, Pears, and Bananas too.
I reworked my dinner menu for last night. I couldn’t wait to have the corn, so we had Grilled Chicken with Roasted Zucchini and Squash, and of course super tasty Corn on the Cob 
Locally we have a Farmer’s Market that opens in May, I can’t wait to take the boy’s and stock up on all of the Locally Grown Veggies!

Oh, I love fuji apples! Yum! I can’t wait for the Taber corn to show up around here, it’s so good. I’m the only corn lover in the house, though, so I eat corn for a couple of days when I buy it…
Thanks Marva! I was hoping to find some fresh Okra in the markets, but I don’t think that it is in season just yet.

Thanks Susan! I love corn on the cob, with loads of butter and salt. It is just so tasty, James and I are the only corn fans around here, the boy’s aren’t a fan at all. Fuji Apples and Golden Delicious are my favorites, now I need to go and get a snack
