Bento is a single portion "take out" meal usually found in Japanese cuisine. I've become obsessed with it, after reading about it in a few blogs. The little Bento boxes have made such a difference in Thade's eating habits. The traditional Bento meals have Rice, Fish or Meat, and Vegetables. I've been serving Thade the same meal that we are having only in a smaller portion in the Bento kit, and meal time is now more fun for him :) Thanks Marva!
